I've realized that Stone Cold and the other Legends put the blame on the current superstars, but it's like you said it's WWE the company its self that ruins their superstar's.

Dolph isnt ever gonna be the guy, its a mistake to even want that. Hes been pretty good the last year or so as a midcard/upper midcarder on SD imo. Its not real. Its fine if thats all he does.

This comes down to booking for the most part. Vince never got behind Dolph for a big part of his career. Dude was red hot coming of Survivor Series '14 and winning the IC title, only to job him out to Wade Barrett (who then jobbed to everyone he faced). They gave him this long ass dedicated feud against the Miz with the whole putting his career on the line angle, he goes over and has the crowd on his side again, and what do they do? They make him drop the title back to Miz two weeks later and kill all the momentum they built up like it was nothing.

Then he turned heel after losing a bunch of matches, and then went on to lose like five matches at the start of his heel run too. You just can't fight shyt booking like that.
