I think Shepard is a steal and has some major value. What do you guys say after reading this and the supporting data?

OP,

I think I already have him in a couple to a few leagues. He may very well be a steal, but this year's draft is WR heavy, so there are other receivers that will be steals.

My motto is any WR that get single coverage has the advantage. The question is whether they will consistently put up numbers over the course odbthe season or will they be match up based performers.

I will say that you may be able to get him beyond rounds 9/10 or you may be able to get him off the waiver wire, depending on your league.
