how do you guys keep fit while traveling? I am going to be traveling everywhere for a month and I will be staying with friends, family or friends of family. I wont have access to any fitness rooms or anything like that...

got access to a playground homie? do the hannibal for king workouts
harder than they look and you will have access to the outdoors, maybe take the time to build up some endurance, run, it's good for your heart, you might even come back stronger

planks, sit ups, push ups and like the above poster said use a playground type area

basically just do body weight exercises until failure....it will be enough to keep you going but not gain anything

Run twice a day, watch you what you eat (this is the key), do pushups and situps before you go to sleep. As long as you not eatin' Mickey D's everyday and sittin' on your ass, you'll be straight. I haven't seen a gym in years and still straight :smugdraper:

Resistance bands maybe. They're not weights, but it's something. Plus you can bring them anywhere in your suitcase.

Do 100+ pushups doing different hand spacings, burpees, crunches w/ your legs in the air & hit up a local park to do pullups & dips. For legs, body squats.

everything this man said.

also, resistance band and a pull up bar can go a long way.

Pull up bar would be good, but some houses are built different and the top part that goes right above the door frame can sink in, and the ends of the bar that go on the wood door trim creates dents there too.

parks and stuff might be hard since I will be on trains and sight seeing and doing touristy stuff, but the push ups. sits up etc sounds good. might as well try to maintain. Eating will be a challenge tho. Always gonna be on the move

Let's be honest breh, you aint bout to do none of the stuff mentioned above. I been in your shoes and traveling is the quickest way to :flabbynsick: land.

i tried goin to the playgrounds doin stuff. lil nikkas lookin at me like :rudy:, parents lookin at me like :dwillhuh:

but doing high rep exercises is hard period. you'll get bored easily. My suggestion is to grease the groove, just do multiple sets of 10 throughout the day. Start with a goal of 100 and work your count up.
