I have a white coworker who was badmouthing the housing reform/eviction moratorium and the extra unemployment in cali and nyc, while simultaneously struggling to pay his rent cause his wife was layed off at an airline. This idiot was legit celebrating his own destruction.

American work culture isn't that far removed from Japanese work culture. A baffling amount of people really get their self worth from how much blood, sweat, and tears they give to a company they don't own.

Trust me these White folks were eager to stop receiving those weekly $700-$800 unemployment deposits so they can make as much or less while getting talked down to by there supervisor.

The local news station in my area of SC asked if they should end unemployment benefits for all states and the amount of responses were overwhelmingly in favor of ending them. I think a lot of this shyt is that poor conservatives believe that government benefits leads to a tax hike and somehow "they won't be able to feed their family" because a poor minority is sucking the government's titty.
