So i'm starting this gig in HR as a Training Developer:francis: for an industrial company this week.

shyt's already looking shaky.

I was suppose to be sent an onboarding schedule ahead of my start but my manager ended up not sending it at all so i'm just here with my dikk out trying to find the hole on Monday...wish me luck.

I just hope we are more organized in our actual job duties...:stopitslime:

If that is what went down then you already know it's some fukked up shyt. You will have to seriously knock it out the park on the first month because if your Manager can't even give you a schedule you KNOW he really ain't shyt.

Bad Senior Manager = Bad department.

Good Luck Breh but update the thread on how it goes down. Just don't forget the rules workin with cacs.

I had the shyts while my manager was going through a presentation about her Strategy with me. I had to excuse myself and dump a quick shyt in the office toilette. blessed the fukk out of that lavatory.:wow:

HR is a cool profession if you play your cards right... it's relatively easy, but you can make good money doing it. It's cac-female dominated so you just have to be careful. Always be on your A game and demand respect. Otherwise, they'll treat you like Tobe from the office.
