Stages you go through with a beard...

i'm on stage 2 now, after having a beard for about 8 months

im at the awkward growth stage right now.

it doesnt grow just right, but i let it go for about 2 weeks before i shave.

im going for this kinda beard, just a lil fuller

Stage 1. Mustache with the nappy chin hairs.

Stage 2. Three weeks later little hair starts to sprout around my jaw line.

Stage 3. Six weeks later, face looks dirty due to sporadic hair growth on certain parts of my cheeks. Also nappy neck beard with a patch in the middle and the edge of my mustache starts to curl into my mouth instead of forming a goate.

Stage 4. Cuts it back to the mustache and nappy chin hair while hoping that I'll have a full beard one day.

Everytime I try to make my beard look crispy I fail miserably and I use the stubble razor.

it takes about a month for me to be in full cave-man mode...i'm almost there.

i got a full on stage 5 beard. i dont like shaving or getting carded when i go to the store. sometimes i trim it so its not so grizzled and sometimes i dont. people tell me I look like jesus(no lil b) a lot, I went to E.S.G.'s show in march during the TX relays and he saw me in the crowd and freestyled about my beard saying that it made me look like "the new paul bunyan."

i remember back in 9th grade i would get in trouble for my facial hair. and would make fun of my nikkas for not having it. but i hate this shyt now i dont look shyt close to a 19 year old with facial hair. im tryna be a young nikka while i still can damnit
