Do you blame them? Microsoft's solution to everything is to just throw money at it(very American way of doing things which doesn't necessarily work most of the time) so why wouldn't they demand some funds to port it to Xbox. I'd do the same thing the game is already popular enough without Xbox userbase which would probably only add 2-3 million users TOPS anyway because that aint even the kind of game that most or the Xbox userbase fukks with.
