Ruby and Murphy to AEW. I’d say Black too but realistically wtf could he do? Lead the Dark Order into a heel turn? ROH or Impact could use him. I don’t see Lana or Braun pursuing much in wrestling after this, Lana might try to go to AEW with her husband but he doesn’t need a manager atm.

Buddy in AEW, he's bland but a very good worker and would fit well there
Ruby Riott in AEW, she could give the real potential women's stars there like Tay, Jade, and Britt a good worker to make them look good and help bring them up.
Aleister in TNA, they could give him a lot to do and a huge push and a chance to really find his character to the point that AEW or WWE would want to take him.

Black & Ruby to AEW, the rest need to get in where they fit in. Braun's release is proof that karma is real. That POS shytted on indie wrestlers during the height of the pandemic when they were stressing about their finances. Wrestlers busting their asses wondering how they're going to feed their families, and this clown was basically mocking them.

He at minimum could go one and have matches against PAC, either Lucha Bro, OC, Darby (a feud between them could be intriguing as the out DARK each other), Sky, any of the Pages or Cages, Stark, & Sammy just for a start
Bruan - if he's smart he'd go to Japan for a spell to get that "Big Gaijin" money before deciding whether to go to AEW or not because I'm sure he will be the one that Tony Khan is most eager to sign.

Alestair - AEW where he can continue a variation of the Kevin Sullivan gimmick he was going to be doing in WWE; there are already a gang of people on the roster for him to have a full crew of minions to control right from jump (Abadon, Luther, Serpentico). He could even have the immediate storyline of trying to take over the Dark Order and bring them to the dark side.
Lana - she can go try to act or something
Buddy Murphy - TNA just to get into that X-Divison mix. If AEW had a similar title I'd say go there but currently I really wouldn't know where to put Buddy at this moment.
