What are some things you'd like to see more of moving into next year?

1. More business/finance threads: saw a few more popping up lately and hopefully that trend continues and possibly leads to a dedicated section.

2. Black excellence recognition: it's always good when I see threads talking about achievements from black individuals either in business, education, politics, etc. That stuff is inspiring and we need more of that
