Absolutely, he made a promise to Tony and he failed to honor it.
Christopher was Tony's heir and would most likely inherit the business or atleast been the 2nd in charge under Paul or Silvio had something happened to Tony. Chris was young and those 3 were old guys so the future was Christophers. There was alot invested in Chris and he decided to blow it all away with drugs. Addicts are unpredictable and he could have ratted out the whole crew for a dime bag.
Plus he could have killed his damn baby, did u see the baby seat?
not only that, but the dumb fuk could have also killed Tony in that crash, he had to go.
and to keep it 100, Tony didn't kill him, he only helped him die since he was already killing himself.

I think murder is a wack and uncivilized/primitive thing to do....
but in terms of the show, and mafia standards....... everyone of the murders he committed on it was justifiable imo.
simply put, ur probably a soft fakkot if you feel some type of way about any of the people he killed

@ the baby seat line...that whole episode it was his go to when a plea needed to be copped when ppl smelt something fishy about how christopher died or when somebody talked about Chrissy.While what happened wss justified for buisness reasons, it personally felt weird that Tony went so hard justifying it and even went as far as to start poking Christophers stripper ex creep.
Sopranos will always easily go down as one of the most rewatchsble series of all time even if it ended stupidly
