Maybe for partially, pretty sure sony has other movies in the works involving spidey and spidey affiliates tho.

The current movie universe is fine as is, If Marvel have had the Spiderman/X-Men rights all along we probably would NOT have seen an Avengers franchise and probably would not have been taking chances with Guardians or Ant-Man and hopefully the eventual Black Panther. They would be totally focused on Spiderman and/or X-Men. Without those rights they made Avengers a bigger franchise than Spiderman and X-men...
