Just got done with an ep of Flash and noticed a guy that looked familiar. I was like, "is that Spartacus the 2nd?!" I had to IMDB and see Liam was in it.

Since Arrow's rogue gallery is spotty and they like to take from other comics, I was thinking last season that might bring in The Question. He'd be behind a mask but I could see Gannicus showing face at some point.
