I can't remember what station, but I'm pretty sure it was BET.
It starred Uncle Phil, Terrence Howard, Juwanna Man, and Robin Givens.

This was my first exposure to Terrence Howard and I remember him being kind of straight laced and corny in that show. So it was odd seeing him in Big Mama's House and other shows where he was either villainous or serious.
It was a decent show. One thing that stands out is when dude was in the room with that female lawyer and she got undressed in front of him and thought nothing of it even though he had made like thousands of advances. I had to be no older than 10 or 11 and even I was like
