It increases estrogen levels (estrogen is the primary female hormone) in the body. For men its no bueno, you will get breasts like women, gain fat and have lot less testosterone. Longterm it has severe negative effects, dont wreck your manhood with estrogenic foods.
Only 25 mg of soy is needed by the body to produce massive levels of estrogen already. A small amount like that can cause massive damage.
