South Park fell off.

I've watched damn near every episode, but this new season so far has been IMO horribly stupid and unfunny. I don't know if it's because I'm getting older or the times are changing, but South Park now doesn't even contain those witty sparks and brilliant moments that it once did. At best their keeping true to their legacy at worst the show is becoming a parody of itself...and a bad one at that. South Park will probably never hit the Simpsons' level of redundancy, but at this point I don't even expect anything new from this show anymore.

That's how I feel. The new episodes are either trying too hard or not trying at all.

TERRIBLE. I watched part of the season premiere and haven't went back again.

It was bound to happen, the show has been on the air since 1997. It actually parallels the Simpsons fall off. The Simpsons remained strong until it passed around 200 episodes, than you started to see cracks, then weak unfunny episodes, then the weak episodes out numbered the good, then it became nearly unwatchable. South Park is following a similar model, great through the first 200, now showing signs and having weak unfunny episodes. In another season or two it'll be as bad as the Simpsons became.

i somewhat laughed at the Zimmerman episode. the others this season wasnt that funny or really memorable

the murder porn episode got a few laughs to, but meh

it's had its moments. can't expect them to be consistent and they been on for what like 16 seasons. I don't recall much of the episodes this season. the zimmerman episode was funny somewhat. not surprised they touched that subject. being from Florida, trying to get past that so I didn't care much for it. the goth kids one was corny cuz of the ending. not that it wasn't interesting just cuz it was goth related. the black guy had me cracking up. "you mean one of us isn't a vamp kid. you better run motherfukker."
