When I win I bring we with me
Damn they are still at it, I thought this protest would have died down by now.
Back when South Africa was tearing down H&M stores I remembered this story. Looks like they are now in the streets wit it. If they go to google/facebook's South African headquarters with this protest ....that will be an "interesting" turn of events and peculiar international story.

Still kills me national geographic has been doing this for decades without a blink from any establishments.
Matter a fact National geographic recently even admitted to lopsided coverage of African people.

For Decades, Our Coverage Was Racist. To Rise Above Our Past, We Must Acknowledge It

We asked a preeminent historian to investigate our coverage of people of color in the U.S. and abroad. Here’s what he found.

That said,:jbhmm: I've said this before, we just need our own everything. I'm numb to the idea of protesting white folks over their own shyt ....like it's fukk'n water & air. The purpose of a culture is to pull the resources from it's environment to meet the needs of that society where "god put it down". If we need a social media solution it's on us to use the resources in our environment to build it ...not demand Europeans to let us use theirs. :scust:

Which is "funny" cause national geographic been posting entirely nude African cultures for years but the people can't post images/videos of themselves:jbhmm:

They also claim facebook is an issue but I didn't get how. They say their content is "age restricted". Conversation below...

ME: Are they sure this is google? It looks like their issue is with facebook

Them:
It is both Facebook and Google, Read more info : https://www.yabantu.tv/news

ME:
ok I read it and you all provided great evidence against facebook because you took pictures of the deleted content & facebook notifications(perfect). That said I see no such evidence against google(it looks like you all are specifically targeting googles youtube service)
If the problem is with youtube, what did youtube take down? What evidence(pictures / web links) do you have?
To be clear i'm rooting for you to win(I'm on your side), I'm just looking for clarity.

Them:
Google puts age restriction on our videos thereby giving ill informed choice to the viewer. There is nothing inappropriate with AFRICAN CULTURE.

ME:
Now I see!
So when our youth attempt to view your material google/YouTube restricts it?
Resulting in that youth you're attempting to acculturate not having free access to their own cultural product?

It too much for our culture. It should be respected. We aren't in Africa. If I'm on Facebook I don't expect to see t*ts and p*ssy or dikk.
