I had this same problem op, here's what i did to fix it

1. unplug headphones
2. press the "start button" (assuming youre using windows)
3. type "sound" in the search box
4. click on "change sound card settings
5. click speakers and headphones
6. click the enhancements tab
7. check the boxes "virtual sound" and Loudness equalization
8. delete system 32
9. plug headphones back in
10. stop being a fakkit realize that you'll have to just buy a new pair of headphones because the ones youre using are broke

Did you check all your settings? I have 2 sets, mine came with regular audio plus IDT. It sounds like in one of the settings everything might be panned to the left or right headphone. All my headphones, cheap or expensive, when plugged into a computer end up going out after a while (one goes out before they fail completely), but if all 3 are not working on the same side, I'd check the settings.
