Ferguson should be released or sent down if he has options, there's no need to keep a struggling reliever around with how teams shuttle their pitchers back and forth between the minors and the big league.

And they may need to upgrade from Rizzo.

Boone should probably make a mental note to never bring out Ferguson in extras, second straight time he's lost a game for them. He has almost half their losses

With the automatic outs in the lineup today, I'm not sure they would have won even if they had extended the game though.
