Obviously the pain is still fresh but I can't do this shyt again if Boone's still the manager. His inability to have people accountable has burned this team over and over again. This team just finds different ways to lose in painful and embarrassing fashion every single season

I didn’t think I’d ever see a loss worse than game 7 2001 or the 2011 or 2023 afc title games, but this one might have done it. Everything bad about the Boone era rolled into one single game, and to do it at home too.

There's a lot I will say in the days to follow, but Judge, this is on your head forever. You can hit 80 home runs next year and nobody will care. I'm off Judge going forward.

In the years to come, the goal is to surround Soto with guys he can win with, and if he walks, focus solely on the Dominguez's, Volpe's, maybe Jones, etc.

He's gonna be remembered as a great Yankee once everything's finished due to all the regular season home runs and MVP awards, but starting next season Jasson has to play center and they have to move Judge to a corner spot. His buddies on the team can go fukk off too. Judge's error and Rizzo's buffoonery are the two biggest reasons why the Dodgers are celebrating in the Bronx tonight.

I remember when the Yankees were a team that made all the right plays...I'm fukking disgusted at what I've seen tonight and over the whole year

Team can never build more momentum cause they constantly shoot themselves in both feet...fukking ridiculous and it starts at the top.

Cheap ass owner cosigning his bogus GM who hesitates on trades cause he doesn't want to be outsmarted, constantly dumpster dives and surprise, that shyt doesn't work out, and worst of all...never takes accountability because that's not a thing with this org anymore.

Then you move to Boone who either trusts his gut at the worst times or puts too much faith in the analytics...Never has one man gotten so much rope off of one hit over 20 years ago...a fukking bum leading the team and we're surprise we come up short if not completely fall all over ourselves.

Lastly, the lineup...a bunch of misfits who some how make it all work like we're in some fukking movie. Newsflash, you need real talent to constantly go deep in the playoffs and win chips. Not other team's leftovers and undesirables. Then there's our captain who shyt the bed most of the playoffs and never bothers to show any actual heart or intensity, and when he finally does, he makes the biggest boneheaded play of the playoffs. And because the Yankees are now any old corporation, he doesn't get held accountable for his incredibly poor play...shyt no one does. Jazz should've been sat down for his clownery going back to the ALDS...but fukk I've been typing too long and I ain't wasting anymore of my time.

TLDR...Hal is cheap, Cashman is a grifter, Boone is clueless, Lineup is talentless and Judge is the giant cowardly lion.

I don't trust this franchise. I just don't. Soto returning should be a formality, but most Yankees fans are expecting them to have the dumbest offseason ever and then lie to us and swear they're competing for titles.

I don't know what got into Jasson defensively but he gotta sort that shyt out. But even with the sus defense, why was he on the roster? Never pinch hit, he's a switch hitter so he could come in for anyone really, just a sporadic pinch runner. He was probably better off playing winter ball in DR.

No joke. Look at this shyt. 4-16 in the playoffs since 2002 when not facing Cleveland or Minnesota with 2003, 2009, and 2012 being the only years they beat someone not from the central division.

That guy is a winner. Does the little things. Hustled out the box(a foreign concept to the Yankees) when Cole and Fat Tony got confused. Plays good defense. Good situational hitting. And he wouldn't bring a boombox to troll the opposition during the playoffs

Unless you win a title the next year like the pistons in 1989 or the spurs in 2014, that type of loss can derail a franchise for decades. Atlanta and Seattle still haven’t recovered from how they blew it in Super Bowl 49 and 51. I think the trailblazers went 8 years without winning a playoff series after blowing a 15 point 4th quarter lead in game 6 of the finals with MJ sitting on the bench and then after their game 7 2000 meltdown didn’t get past the first round for the next 13 years. These kind of losses permanently alter the perception of an organization.
