Let's be honest, team was playing way over their heads. Weather is warming up and the pitchers are coming back down to earth, though getting Cole back is big. Bullpen is doodoo and hurt (Poteet, Lasagna, Effross, Hamilton). The catchers' noodle arms are being exposed. Our hitting depth in the minors is depleted (Martian & Peireira) or looking like busts (Peraza). Our lineup has 3-4 terrible hitters in it daily. Also hard to outlast a young and more talented team for a 162 game season. Need Rice to breakout and Cashman to add another big hitter plus a couple bullpen arms to have a legit chance in the playoffs.

Do these guys have somewhere to go after the game tonight? :mjlol: :unimpressed:

I feel for the fans who made their way out to see the team the last two nights and wasted their money on piss poor efforts.

Is one shocked that when the Yankees needed someone to hold down the fort and go innings and stop the bleeding Rodon would absolutely fail them?
