Impossible. He didn't do jack shyt since 2004. And Flair has been cutting the same promo for 25 years...as has Hogan. As has Austin except with What as a format change up. As did Bret. As did Michaels with his "I broke my back for you guys" when he's in crying mode and not doing his wack DX garbage. Cripple H only knows one kind of promo...burying and being boring. Lesnar is horrible on the mic. Punk is a crybaby on the mic and wants to be Danielson via 2006. So it depends on how you want to chop it up...

Jericho did like two changes since 2003. He turned heel and face a few times. As face, he's a comedian. As a heel via 2008, he's serious. That's it. But he had good promo content for the 2008 version. At his best though and in his prime, the Rock made a fool out of the boy. He always did. Whatever that 2000 same promo thing you think the Rock used, it sure as hell buried the greatest names in the history of pro wrestling and hasn't been duplicated to success by anyone since. the truth is, even if the rock delivers the classic promos, you people are gonna still claim it's boring, wack, or whatever, it's part of the gimmick.
no one on the roster can cut a promo like that. these generation's stars don't stand a chance against the top attitude era guys: steve austin, the rock, hbk, undertaker. no chance.
