As you know, Sony Computer Entertainment was the name of the Sony division that runs PlayStation.
Now all the divisions of SCE combined with Sony Network Entertainment to create Sony Interactive.
That means no more Sony Computer Entertainment America, Europe, Japan/Asian etc.
With this move, the PlayStation headquarters that has been based in Japan since its 1994 inception has now moved to California.

(SCE) and Sony Network Entertainment International LLC (SNEI) announced the formation of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (SIE), a new company that joins the forces of all business units belonging to SCE and SNEI, including hardware, software, content and network services operations.
