Why wouldn't Nintendo allow it? These are features there competition want to propose. If that means selling more switches they going to do it. Microsoft already put a few games on Switch. As long as there 1st party titles ain't going to Sony or Microsoft they'll be straight.

the only thing I can think of is if Nintendo want people to stick to their online community and not hurt those sales and maybe the sales of their own games. cause apparently even with a 52 mill userbase, they only have 15 mill online subs now. that would probably be even less if people decided to just get remote play and start playing GOW and Spider man or which ever good game Sony allows on remote play.
That still wouldn't hurt because playstation has different games then Nintendo and plus if your playing remote play shyt is janky online.
