I'm an atheist.

However, Sometimes maybe I feel I might have more direction or more discipline If I took the Qur'an off of my bookshelf and read and prayed.

There's a beauty to religion, and the word of God. I have never felt Allah's warmth in a manner similar to the devoted, and I maybe if I have felt it, even if as an illusion, perhaps I would find meaning and purpose in life.

I have always felt connected to Islam and to my people.

but anyway :obama: you should try it if it works for you. I sometimes think the same too

What is it about? A Pakistani friend showed me the way, and took me to his mosque.

I reject all colonial history of ISEA. It keeps us in a state of self-hate and denial.

I am I direct descendant of the Rajah who killed Magellan. It's my duty to respect my history.

It's about your history of racial identity pivots

you should try integrating more with your actual family breh. I don't know what to say. You can't have an imaginary historical community in your head. You need to have a real community in the physical present.
