Education comes in many forms, and many people without formal education have developed their intellects through books, life experiences, and travel. Was raised by relatives and neighbors who taught me all types of things. And they didn't have access and the means to pursue higher education. I actually think he's quite intelligent, in a unfiltered and immoral business sense type of way. He sees lanes of opportunity and exploitation. There is no inhibition that self-checks him, and he goes to get the money.
