JT possibly, but Weezy won't do it again. I doubt a rapper ever does a milli a week again unless Eminem comes out with some crazy singles and builds a huge buzz.
Possibly Drake or Wayne.
I mean for starters no one is doing a million first week, 13 acts have done it 3 rappers, 2 country, 2 rnb, 1 rock and rest pop or boy bands.
Of artists who haven't done it before, probably Adele.
But more than doing a milly, I wonder who will go diamond, Adele is about to crack it, probably the first diamond album in a decade.
