Honestly I think any other wrestler would have been released given Henry's struggles during his early years. Then something changed. From about 05/06 he was constantly pushed. Usually as a heel and then it'd cool off if he turned face and then the cycle would start anew when he turned heel. There's something about Henry that kept him there. And this dude actually threatened Vince McMahom to his face and was rewarded with a HUGE late career push. I definitely see him transitioning into an agent.

Apart from a few where it clicks within the first couple of years, theyre either someone's kid or elite athlete, it generally takes 5-8 years for it to click and they become comfortable with what they're doing. In Henry case, he had to deal with injuries and also not having anyone smarten him up, till later it fukked with his development.
