I can. Now out of habit when I type on my phone I try to double check to make sure the predictive text didn't put something else down but when I'm on a real keyboard, I can type with my eyes closed no problem. I been typing in some form or another for the last 20 years so I can type without looking at the keys.

Been typing since High School I only look down in the dark and I havent figured out why I cant type with the lights turned off

For all the folks talking about placement there is a notch on the "F" and the "J" key this is all you have to feel for to check your placement if you can feel the notch with your index fingers your placement is OK
