Dude was a very emotional and passionate performer and learned to speak with such charisma and conviction that he actually had people buying into the gangster image he wanted to depict.
I've heard some on here say he was the goat, I actually have him in my top 10 but no way was he #1.
Fact is Pac turned on this gangster persona once he started hanging around real street thugs and saw all the respect and love it garnered them. He Also realized gangsta rap was all the new buzz at that time, a time in which he was a member of Digital Undergroundthen he startedandnikkas.
As I mentioned he is one of the greats, in fact probably the goat performer in rap. But this exaggerated notion that he is the illest lyricist needs to stop now
No matter howhe came off in interviews and such, I will NEVER forget this
