From what I've seen (as in American Muslims), they gain weight. They don't eat anything all day. But once the sun goes down, they feast like its Super Bowl Sunday because they are extra hungry, thus taking in more calories compared to a non-ramadan day.most lose weight in ramadan tho
Ummm cut back the late nite snacks, eat more protein (1lb of chicken breasts a day minimum), cut back on sodium, drink more water

but yeah, take an intermittent fasting approach to your fast. so basically eat the same amount of calories you'd normally do, but just from iftar to suhoor (sundown till sunrise). that's what I do at least. get 1g protein per 1lb bodyweight if you tryna retain as much muscle as you can.

I think I lost muscle and gained a bunch of fat brehs no big deal though, I'll be back stronger than ever by September inshallah
Btw haven't been to the gym yet since Ramadan started , I don't think I'll be able to.
