You gotta have a plan

I forget who said it but they said a good physique is like carving a marble statue.... you need the material to carve though

I would take the next year and clean bulk... try and add on a good 10-15lb of lean mass (so like 25lb total)... then spring 2014 do a slow but steady cut

I dont think you have the lean mass you need yet based on your stats and lack of V-dom.

As far as a workout, I would keep it basic. 3 day upper/1 day lower body split, 2 body parts a day on the upper days. It would look like this

Tues: push compound/shoulder iso
Thurs: pull compound/push iso
Sat: shoulder compound/pull iso
Sun: LEGS

You keep the stimulus going all week but dont go too crazy.

dont eat trans fats or shytty food. eat lots of fiber and leafy veg. lean meat.

stick to your workout... never miss a day.. if you body is telling you it hurts all over take a day or two off and let it heal instead of continuing to workout. only exception.

Almonds are your friend. Lean meat is always cool but u need fiber so it doesn't feel like you're shyttin out a spiked bat when u go doodoo. Have two cups of almonds, not bullshyt cups, measure it out.

Implement compound movements into your workouts (exercises that hit multiple muscles at once). Deadlifts, Squats, Pull Ups (if you can do them ... if not, start with machines and lat pull downs and such to slowly strengthen your lats and pulling strength before you work your way up to pull ups), military presses, etc ...

Will help much more than just doing bicep curls the whole time.

And just stick with it man, it won't happen over night but once you get into the routine, before you know it people will be like :krs: when they run into you.

Gonna hit the gym tomorrow. Cold cut sandwich for breakfast, Almonds mid way through rice and grilled chicken before gym and hopefully a banana and chicken salad after.
