Scared of the Giants? Our defense eats offenses like theirs alive. They're actually not that different from Tampa except upgrades at every position. If our D can handle Tampa, we can handle them.

The Giants concern me though. No longer afraid of the 49ers. We could win a 20-17 game against them.

We haven't played a complete game yet and we're 11-1. No one else in the league can say that.

I still worry about this offensive line tho and we have to learn how to finish games/teams.

The 49er defense is something we need to be very worried about. That front 7 is strong as hell and the way we look in protection and blocking period right now will not be enough.

If we want to beat them or the Giants in the playoffs, the offense has to get in sync.

I'm not worried about our offense. Their defense is something serious, but we have a good way to beat them. We can finally utilize a screen and quick pass game. Rodgers/Snelling will be the safety valve for Ryan against SF/NYG. We finally found a FB in Cox that can block for Turner, and I think TG will be up for the challenge.

To beat the 49ers, you run the screens to the side and neutralize the rush. Then if the running game up the middle is efficient enough... then you unleash Julio/Roddy on them.

Or... you have to get them to create turnovers... something our defense can do in the clutch. And win on short fields.

Sounds good in theory but we have yet to execute it effectively against lesser defenses.
