and Billy Gunn was fighting Val Venis for the Intercontinental title.


but just two weeks before their scheduled matches, Road Dogg randomly won the IC title and then I Billy Gunn won the Hardcore title and they both switched fueds and defended their titles at Wrestlemania



I dont think thats happened before in WWE history and hasnt happened since, pretty unique
