Its been our defense that's the problem. Despite the sanctions and us allowing player to leave voluntarily, its been one of the top offenses the last 4yrs. This year was the worse and still pretty good though. Monty's the one thats gotta go.

Dude dont know how to utilize his RBs, stanford exposed that terribly. He was too worried about padding Barkley stats to get him the Heisman. He tried to scheme on every team like he was playing colorado each week

I'd say Reid as well if Gruden not interested. If you get fired as a coach, stepping into a winning team is the GOAT situation. Hell, any coach going to a winning team actually. Chicago will have first dibs on all coach's I believe. Good defense, good QB and 10-6. Can't be anything better to walk in to.
