Out of the heroes, it's Strange & Ms.Marvel depending on how the films portray their powers. Overall Thanos going to wreck everybody. Thor really isn't as powerful in the movies as he is in the comics. I haven't seen guardians yet but I heard Drax was pretty underpowered compared to the comics. He is designed to kill Thanos so he's actually pretty powerful. As for Black Panther, he's not as powerful as the people mentioned above but he can easily hold his own. He got a boost in the comics currently so there is now telling how powerful he is now. For the movies, he will probably be Cap:TWS soldier level.

Doctor Strange will be the Charles Xavier of these films, he'll be kept out of the conflict for the most part as he's very OP compared to the other characters. Only ones who can really challenge him are Mordo and Dormammu in his realm.
