I go back and forth between stock and obsessively customized with my phone depending on my mood.
Just looking to see what others are doing.

I'm carrying my 4S today and here's how I currently have it.

i have an ipad 3 and i found the dreamboards to be really wack for the larger retina display. I had the mac one installed like hookersandicecream but found the ui/ux experience severely lacking.

I actually had to upgrade to iOS 6 because they fixed a lot of major bugs in the core of iOS's webkit, so im back to stock.

This is what most of the dreamboard themes look like on the new ipad:

This is what i eventually settled on when i had a jailbreak, just clean and simple:

But i have a S3 so i'll just show my cm10 Jelly Bean here are my homescreens:

My Ipad is completely stock, I just have a nice background on it. I haven't upgraded anyting to iOS6 yet. Any other nice tablet setups would be cool to see.

My GS2 is also stock now after I did the official ICS update a month or so ago.

Is your phone jailbroken? How did you make your 4s look like that?

:mindblown:

Its nothing like that at all

How so?

The emulator is not going to act or behave like the OS would perform on it's intended/native device, and sometimes it can seriously consume your device's resources.....if it is imitating another experience but not delivery the same quality, how is it not similar to a knockoff bootleg you'd cop down on Canal?

It's not full OS emulation for the most part, just the interface. a different layout, it's not changing the way anyting runs, just how you interact with your device. I concede some do use system resources (ie, the HTC sense one)

There are pro's and cons to all of them, for instance It's not as simple as I'd like to get to un-pinned apps in my "windows phone" dreambord setup as on others. However I have my lockscreen setup so perfectly I deal with it.

I get you, i wouldn't so much mind a windows 8 "inspired" theme; there's something weird about seeing that internet explorer icon haha.

Maybe i just value originality and creativity a little more.

If you are going to tweak something, make it better or put an original twist on it :shurg:
