So what's the next big thing Netflix could/should do?

-They've already done what many felt was impossible in actually making a dent in the cable TV market.
-They've got their own shows that are successful critically and in the eyes of most fans. HULU & Amazon Insant Video have tried but can't really compare.
-They helped take an already popular show like Breaking Bad to a frenzied level in it's final season.
- Maybe most importantly, they've managed to NOT piss off their fan base by disallowing shared accounts. In some ways this has made them more popular.

I feel like they're one move away from really doing something that could change the game for good.

What do you guys think they should do next?

Try allowing people to "download" the movies on their devices like spotify and music unlimited allows.

Everyone would be finished if they can pull that off and not piss off the movie companies

I could se that happening. But I could see them only allowing like 2 downloaded movies at a time.

At this point just be happy they aren't raising the price yet. Recently they struck a deal with Comcast to hook directly into their network to provide faster streaming for Comcast users, they may pass that cost off to the users at some point.
Verizon is starting to throttle down customers who use Netflix. Verizon wants Netflix to pay them also....

All they really have to do is start to get the latest and best movies out for streaming. The biggest complaint about Netflix is the lack of relavent movies.

They could also start streaming video games but I doubt the technology is there
