Due to an injury(concussion) my lifting over the last few months has taken a drastic hit. I work at my job all day(construction) and used to come home and lift a few times a week but now im too tired so i only lift on Saturday and Sunday if i even feel like it at all. words cannot describe the fatigue and general unrest that come when your brain is hurting like mine has been.

Obviously those 2 days a week do not benefit me too much because im usually just hitting body parts that seem to feel weaker or look less pumped up trying not to fall too far behind because i know ill be better and back to normal soon.

Im feeling MUCH better now and i think im going to start back lifting to a few times a week then work up to my normal schedule. I noticed i have lost some size . im also less pumped up and i can feel it walking around. Do you think i will have an easier time getting muscle back or gaining more muscle since my body already knows what its like to be at that level or is it going to be back to square one trying to get some lbs back

the evils of truth, and love
depends on how much real muscle you already built up and not just the bulky looking pump that goes away after like 2 days of not working out or rest period

ease yourself back in though before you get a aneurysm in your skull
