First things first, get a website for yourself where it's all your beats 24/7 no other producer. That way you will start developing your own brand. You can also double up on soundclick, Facebook and any other social network. Start building a mailing list full of artists that you can contact as soon as you release a good amount of material per week per 2 weeks or whatever time frame you want. It's going to take some time, and it won't be an overnight full time salary, but it will get you on your way.

Marketing is the key.

PF is on point - it's all about persistent, unapologetic self-promotion. Marketing is KEY. There are tens of thousands of beat makers with dope ass tracks. The only thing holding them back? Themselves. If you don't believe in yourself, if you don't invest money into your craft/brand, it can negatively effect how you and your music is perceived. If you walked into a Ferrari dealership and the salesman was rocking a tuxedo t-shirt you'd be more than reluctant to continue shopping there.
