In Philadlephia, we counted 16 homicides during this period (4 weeks), and 18 victims who were initially reported in critical condition, often with head of chest wounds.

There were 10 double shootings, two triple shootings, two quadruple shootings and one incident in which five people were shot in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadlephia on July 22nd.

Chicago had 38 homicides in the first 3 weeks of August and is just on a different level right now

Yea, i read somewhere that back in the 90s one chicago neighborhood had 300 shootings(28 murders) in one weekend. ONE neighborhood
