The first real one? Paradox already announced one, but this does look pretty impressive but the paradox one looks amazing



And actually seems way more fleshed out in all ways

Honestly, paradox and Ms studios have an easy layup in the sims space because of their environments in citiesskylines and, fs2020, and Forza. Both of em have the bankroll for it too.

If anyone is interested on the character creation of inZOI, Krafton put up a timed demo out yesterday

inZOI is the forth competitor that's gunning for EA's head as there is Paralives (which is a love letter to The Sims), Life by You (a Sims 3 spiritual successor) and Vivaland (a game aiming to achieve on what the Sims 4 failed to be which is a multiplayer focus life simulator).

Life by You is under Paradox Interactive and inZOI is under Krafton, the owners of PUBG. So, that's two AAA publishers and two indie, sims fans don't understand how much of a game changer this is with theses options and if EA doesn't deliver with the Sims 5, it'll make what Cities: Skyline did to SimCity 2013 look amateur.

Might have to point out that Life by You was cancelled back in June, so it's just three competitors for now. Hive5 Interactive (Vivaland developers) but out a demo back in March that involves just the home building game play for those who're interested. It's playable on the Steam Deck.
