I honestly don't know why people are so fukking eager to see The Shield become normal ass members of the roster wrestling random singles matches (which they'll lose) to whoever they're beefing with.

The quicker they start becoming regular the workers the sooner the angle will end, they'll be split up, repackaged, and everything will go back to the way it was.

You've been completely programmed by the rushed nature of booking that took off in the attitude era. People have been complaining about them having no direction for a while now, yet the slow build and eventual reveal last night led to a great segment.

The longer they stay solely as Heyman's hitters the better.
