So I'm working my way through BtAS (4th season) and I decided to see what other series I should check out only to realize that all his shyt has been canceled (and the reviews I read did not inspire confidence anyway)

I'm feening for some new dark and gritty bats after loving arkham knight, and watching some previously unmatched animated films

Anyword on a new cartoon in the works or are super hero cartoons pretty much done?

No clue breh. Beware the Batman was getting good and they gave it the boot. I think the new hotness for cartoons now are the things like the marvel stuff on disney XD for real. Straight action cartoons like batman, justice league, etc seem to be a thing of the past.
