Do you think Trump is going to basically rid these cities of black people, un-seat all the high ranking African americans, and repopulate them with poor and working class whites?

Explain what? Whether Trump will literally march black Americans out of major cities, trail-of-tears style? Probably not. But will he continue to gut federal voting legislation and allow states to pass racist laws diluting the black vote? Will he support pointless voter ID laws whose goal is basically to keep minorities from voting? Will his party continue to redistrict in such a way as to keep blacks from getting representation in Congress? There's a pretty damn good chance of that.

So if your standard for Donald Trump is "Will he literally expel black people from their homes?" then I think you need a new standard.
