that shyt better be an olympic barbell or else you can't add plates

from the looks of it its a 22-33lb bar which will fit i thinka 1" gauge for plates

the most you could ever lift with something like that is 200lb

if you are an off and on lifter i cant see why not, a setup like this is ideal for a teenager

what dont you understand :yeshrug:

judging from the looks of it the most you could do is bench, and maybe barbell rows on the floor

the bar gauge isnt like a normal olympic bar, and any numbers you do on that will be skewed on a normal set

i personally swear by olympic bar + plates with the same gauge

if you gonna get decent equipment be prepared to spend at least 300 at the minimum(garage sale etc)

Hold up.
I gotta worry about the bench giving away on me ?
I've got a weight bench already and I'm about to buy a 300 lb set
how would I know if my bench is gonna give out on me and collapse or some sh1t ?
I've never had that issue before.
