It's not a good thing at all.
Warner Bros is fukking up this Justice League thing beyond belief. They saw how much money Avengers made and their going to hotshot the movie out rather than build towards it like they should.
They would have to redo the Batman franchise to do this right now and incorporate that character into the Justice League but that would push a Justice League movie back at least 3 years.
Also, going with Joseph Gordon Levitt as an Batman from the universe Nolan created is incredibly risky as... HE'S NOT BRUCE WAYNE. That'll put even more pressure and crazy fanboys on them to make this movie epic and not having Bruce Wayne as your Batman is an insanely stupid start.
Not saying it can't work, but they are making this way more difficult than it has to be.

I'd be ok with the Justice League films picking up where the Batman Begins timeline left off because i liked the character he played in Rises and i'd like to see him as Batman.
