I just realized RE7 drops in a few weeks does anyone care?

I've seen people play the demo and I was not impressed.

Now they're trying to put supernatural shyt in just to have some lame ghost will give you cheap scares is very corny. RE was always about zombies just stick to that. Plus, the gameplay just looks like outlast but a little more combat focused.

I seen previews that were very positive but I"ll wait on it. It looks like a more commercialized Resident Evil. I'm anticipating the RE2 remake coming next year.

I really enjoyed Beginning Hour. It reminded me more of Alien: Isolation (haven't played Outlast) in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre-like environment. Some scares were cheap and made no sense (mannequins moving on their own, RE isn't about ghosts and all that) but some of the other stuff in that demo was trippy (bathroom and basement scenes). I'll get RE7 if I hear very good word of mouth regarding it though. I feel like Capcom learned from RE6 and that they know what they're doing, bringing RE back into its survival horror roots.

Once I hear cacs getting excited about True survival horror I check out because that means I'll be playing a game where I'm underpowered and p*ssy.

Not an elite gameplay experience, playing a bytch but these japs let these white folks get in their heads with all this true survival horror scavenger bullshyt. Resident evil was never like that but hey you gotta change with the times.

I'll give it a chance and pray for the best but if the game is more running and hiding and less killing and finessing I doubt I'll be finishing the game
