Hot as a muthafukka around here.
Dealing with a state of emergency n shyt. Whats crazy is the storm lasted like 30min tops and did all this damage... kinda sorta
The real culprit is the power companies not doing there jobs, so trees ended up falling down on everything/everywhere.

Whats not being talked about as much is the fact that everybodies cellphones are not working.
They keeep talking about power. My neighborhood is notorious for losing power first, getting it back last.
We lost it first.. but got it back 3hrs later. Other area's that usually don't have issues are the one's suffering right now. shyts cray

Anyone else having this issue? Phone been down since Friday night
My house phone works phone, but most people I know don't even have house phones. Niqqaz is on facebook like crazy today/yesterday.
I've been bombarded by ppl I ain't talked to in years asking me shyt like "Yo, you good"
I quit slangin that good good years ago, not too fond of having to delete post every other hour

this weather is nuts. it was like 90 at like 1230 pm, then all of a sudden, a thunderstorm comes with damn near hurricane type winds and gumball size hail starts falling. temp drops to like 65. then that passes, and its 90 degrees by 3 pm.

Having to go pull trees out the road so my girl can get into our part of the neighborhood

The emergency alert app bloatware that Verizon put on my droid actually went off last night. (Even Hurricane Irene didn't trigger that useless app)

Two days in a row I had figure out how to get home because all the roads where blocked. But for real though, I hope all is well with you dudes wherever you are...

There isn't a state of emergencies going on outside the DMV is there? (DC, Maryland, Va)
We still have street lights out all over the place. News talking about they won't have power back up fully until next weekend. Imagine being in 100+ degree heat with no AC?
I had power back up after like 3hrs. Nearby there is a trailer park. I know a guy who stays there. Those bamaz been w/out power since Friday night and still don't have power
Imagine being in a hot ass trailer. I don't think they can even stay there for real. shyts brutal. But I'd of had no idea ppl was suffering like that so close by. Cuz I been chillin surfing all day
