My thoughts exactly. Not giving him a pass for what happened as a whole but he was just in an accident where the car flipped and he had been drinking so maybe he was disoriented.

Let me get this clear, I'm not exonerating Brent at all it was stupid to get behind the wheel and he cost Jerry Brown his life, but I would wait before running with this lady's tale as the gospel. I know none of you care to know what really goes on as long as its posted here it'll be taken as the truth but her story completely contradicts the police report. And like the poster above me said, if Brent was unwilling or just not in the right mind to pull Jerry from the car, why would she run back to car to get her cell phone (when the driver of the other vehicle already told her help was on the way) instead of trying to get him out. Atleast put "eyewitness says.." in the thread title, you're completely misleading people by passing off one report as the truth.
I mean, dude was drunk, and likely in shock. And is there reason to believe had he pulled him out sooner dude would have lived? Has it been disclosed what was the cause of death?
