So I've been playing GOTY '17 nominees all at once..

I've been rotating Horizon, Persona 5, Zelda. BOTW and cuphead. Haven't gotten around to nioh, resident evil 7, or Nier Automata.

I still can't choose a GOTY for last year. All of them are 10/10 games for me. They all offer something different. Persona 5 is extremely stylized and a lot more relatable, BOTW gives you this calming feeling when you play it..can't describe other than to say that the ambiance is magnificent, Horizon easily has the best graphics and gameplay, Cuphead is just a really cool game to play. It's just impossible to choose bc of how well made each one is and how they all offer something different.

I hope it's like that this year. I don't see how '17 can be topped, but you never know.

I have Sonic mania too but theres only so many games I can play. I barely get in 3 hours a week. I'll get to it when I get to it. You think it's GOTY?
